Branch operations during the pre-Christmas period
Christmas is just around the corner, and that means only one thing. Now is the ideal time to choose ESSENS gifts for your loved ones in peace and ahead of time. Ordering early will help you avoid pre-Christmas stress and ensure that your packages arrive safely and on time under the Christmas tree.
PACKAGE SHIPMENTS IN THE PRE-CHRISTMAS PERIOD
Personal pickup in your branch office, unfortunately, the branch is closed for personal pickup until further notice.
We will ship your parcels until December 18th, 2025, but in the last week before Christmas Eve, we recommend tracking your parcel and actively communicating with the courier.
And what about the holidays?
29. - 31.12. 2025 we will only process e-shop orders; personal pickups will NOT be possible.
30. - 31.12. 2025 standard shipping of parcels sent during holidays
When shall we meet again?
We will be closed for inventory from January 2nd to 6th, 2026, and will not be processing any orders during this time.
From January 7th, 2026, we will be available for you in standard mode every weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Personal pickup will NOT be available until further notice.
